Brief

Surefire began as Surefire Heat, a local business focused on heating solutions. However, the company had ambitions to grow, not just geographically, but in service breadth and to look professional on farms and industrial sites across Norfolk and Suffolk. They needed:

A brand identity that could evolve across specialist divisions
A website and marketing collateral aligned with their expanded services
A scalable architecture to incorporate future ventures (e.g., Components, other services)
Compelling content showcasing real-world farm improvements and ROI

Brand Strategy & Identity

We developed a brand strategy document defining:

Core promise & values – safety, local partnership, expert-driven solutions
Tone of voice tailored per division
Distinct visual identity: logos, typography, colour palette
Growth simplicity: planning for sectors like renewable energy, compliance services

We created graphic mock-ups for physical branding elements:

Uniforms
Van livery
ID cards with QR-coded staff bios

Brand Evolution & Business Structure

We guided the transition from “Surefire Heat” to Surefire Engineering Group Ltd., with multiple divisions:

Surefire Heat – established domestic/commercial heating
Surefire Mechanical – new focus on agricultural and industrial electrical/mechanical services
Surefire Components – innovation arm (proposed)

And we introduced a colour-coded division palette to instantly differentiate services:

Red = Heating
Blue = Mechanical
Yellow = Electrical

Website Design, Build & Launch

We designed and developed the Surefire Mechanical website:

Created a user-friendly site structure aligned with services and growth plans
Wrote and optimized engaging content across all pages
Applied brand identity across digital media
Deployed for launch with on-page SEO readiness

The new website has completely changed how we present ourselves. It looks sharp, professional, and totally reflects the quality of work we do. I’ve had farm clients tell me they checked us out online and were instantly reassured.

Case Studies & Content Development

We collected and turned real-world farm data into ROI stories:

Feed tracing system across 16 stations
Rewiring controls that enhanced animal welfare
Documented cost savings so every success could be communicated quantitatively

The way you helped us capture and tell those on-farm stories, honestly, it’s added so much credibility. Clients can see the proof. It’s not just talk.
– Oliver, Owner, Surefire Group

Marketing Materials & Logistics

Planned and designed high-impact physical marketing assets:

Van Livery Design – visually aligned to each division
Business cards: one for Ollie, one generic for Mechanical
ID badges: including name, photo, role, QR code and division colour scheme
Documented cost savings so every success could be communicated quantitatively

Results & Impact

New brand framework and visual identity prepared Surefire for expansion across multiple divisions.
Surefire Mechanical website launched, offering enhanced credibility and digital presence.
Marketing collateral from vans to badges ensured consistency, professionalism, and easy staff identification.
Real-life case studies armed the team with data-driven proof points for client engagement and marketing campaigns.
The foundation is in place to scale further, whether launching Surefire Components or entering new markets.

You didn’t just build a website, you helped us launch a whole new business division. I couldn’t have done this without your input across the board, from branding to case studies to the last van magnet.
