When Mary and Jamie reached out, they were in a tough spot. Their old site, managed by a local Norwich agency, had gone stale. No SEO presence, no real conversions, and not even a proper way to show off the delicious food that was keeping their loyal locals coming back.

Larry’s had all the flavour, charm, and street food flair, but none of it was coming across online. The site was slow, hard to update, and hadn’t been designed with search in mind. Even something as simple as removing an outdated table booking link became a task.
As Mary put it: “We didn’t get on with it… totally forgot to remove it from the site!!”

Visual Content & Campaign Strategy
Mary and Jamie had already established a visual brand for the business but needed help to take it to the next level. To build on the family-friendly vibe of Larry’s, we added an array of images and sketches showcasing the fabulous food, the restaurant, Larry the dog, and even Mary and Jamie themselves, with the emphasis on Larry’s not only providing delicious food but also being a fun and current place to be. The addition of vibrant News and Events pages enabled Information on monthly specials, new menu additions, music, and themed nights to be readily available. A page displaying the latest reviews was added, along with a gallery page, a kids competition page, further information about the food, a page about Larry’s itself, and the people who work there, as well as opportunities for customers to contact and book with them through online forms.
Alongside the website, we also worked on print materials, including pavement signs, leaflets, posters, advertisements, and wall signs. The message was definitely getting out there! All these additions and changes were aimed at showing Larry’s as being much more than just a local restaurant.
We also launched a local competition campaign, which saw over 28 entries within 24 hours, and grew social media followings across both the pizza and street food sides of the brand.
